mtivi hosts nothing
mtivi is a neutral media player. It provides no channels, movies, series, or playlists, and MTIVI LLC does not host, store, transmit, or control any of the media that plays through the app. Everything you watch comes from a source that you choose and configure yourself. mtivi is only a tool for playback.
You are fully responsible
You are solely and fully responsible for the sources you use and for having the right to access them. Just as the maker of a device or the operator of a network is not responsible for how a person uses it, MTIVI LLC is not responsible for the sources you select or the media they deliver.
We cannot remove third-party material
Because we do not host or control the media delivered by your source, there is nothing on our servers to remove, and we cannot take down, block, or moderate any specific material. We do not monitor what individual users add or use.
If you are a rights holder
Requests concerning specific material should be directed to the provider or source responsible for it. MTIVI LLC cannot act on material it does not host or control.
Material we make available
If you believe any material we publish or make available through the Services infringes your rights, contact us at dmca@mtivi.app with the relevant details, and we will review and respond as appropriate, including by removing material where warranted. We may also limit or end access for anyone who is the subject of repeated valid complaints.
