What this covers
This Refund Policy applies to payments made to MTIVI LLC for mtivi paid plans. Because mtivi is a media player that provides no channels, no movies or series, and no playlists, we can only refund amounts paid to us; we cannot refund amounts paid to any third-party provider or source.
Free tier
Our free tier requires no payment.
Money-back window
For purchases made directly from us, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase: a full refund if you request it within the first 24 hours of payment, or a 50% refund if you request it after the first 24 hours. Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Promotional credit and program earnings
Promotional credit, including any referral rewards, bonus time, or other benefits earned through our programs, has no cash value and is not refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for money. Earnings under any affiliate or partner program are governed by that program’s terms and are not covered by this Refund Policy.
Purchases through an app store
Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store’s refund policy; please request those refunds through the store.
