Affiliate Program Terms

Overview
These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the mtivi affiliate program. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join the program.
Eligibility and approval
Participation is subject to our approval, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion. You must hold a valid account and provide accurate information, and you are responsible for keeping your account and payout details up to date.
Commission
You earn a 20% commission on the first purchase made by a new customer you refer. Commission is one-time per customer and does not recur: renewals, later subscription payments, and any further purchases do not earn commission. Commission is calculated on the eligible order value, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and any refunded amounts. We may change the commission rate, structure, or eligibility at any time, and changes apply to activity going forward.
Tracking and attribution
Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. Where more than one affiliate is involved, credit is given to the last affiliate link followed before the purchase, within a tracking window of ninety days. Tracking relies on the visitor’s device and browser settings, which are outside our control, and we are not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked.
Prohibited conduct and self-referral
You may not refer your own purchases or create accounts to claim commission on your own orders. You may not engage in fraud, cookie stuffing, misrepresentation, spam, misleading or deceptive claims, unlawful promotion, or bidding on our brand names or trademarks in paid search. You agree to promote the Services honestly, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm our reputation.
Approval and payment
Commissions remain pending until the related order is confirmed and any refund or dispute period has passed. We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or cancel commissions connected to orders that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. Approved commissions are paid once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, using the payout method available in your affiliate dashboard. You are solely responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.
Independent relationship
You take part in the program as an independent participant. You are not our employee, agent, partner, or representative, and you have no authority to act or speak on our behalf or to make any commitment for us. You are responsible for your own promotional methods and for complying with all laws that apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or end the program, or your participation in it, at any time and for any reason, including for breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, or inactivity. On termination, unpaid commissions arising from breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
Disclaimer and liability
The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for your promotional activities, for the conduct or statements of any affiliate, or for any loss arising from participation in the program.
Governing terms
These Affiliate Program Terms supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For matters specific to the program, these terms apply. All other terms, including limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law, are set out in our Terms of Use.
