Delete your mtivi account
What deletion removes, what it cannot undo, and where to ask for it.
Your mtivi account holds your devices, your playlists as you saved them on the website, your orders and any synced state.
Ask for deletion
The request form is at mtivi.app/delete-account.
What is removed
- Your account and the devices linked to it.
- The playlists stored against those devices.
- Synced favorites, progress and settings.
What is not
| Stays | Why |
|---|---|
| Recordings and downloads on your device | They are files on your own hardware. Delete them there. |
| Your IPTV subscription | That is your service’s, not ours. Cancel it with them. |
| Order records we must keep | Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires. |
Deleting an account ends any paid plan on it. Time left on a plan is not refunded on deletion and cannot be restored afterwards. If you only want to stop paying, cancelling is the better route.
Just want to start over?
You do not need to delete anything. Remove the playlists from the device and add them again, or restore a backup. See Refresh, edit or delete a playlist.
