How many titles each plan holds, how to download a whole season, and why downloading while watching is slower.
Downloads are for the plane, the cabin and the hotel with terrible wifi. A downloaded title plays from the device with no connection at all.
Download one
Open a movie or an episode and choose Download. Progress shows on the poster and in the Downloads collection. You can pause, resume, retry or delete at any point.
A whole season
On a series, choose Download Season and pick which episodes to include. This is a paid feature.

A slot frees the moment you delete a download. If a plan ends while you hold ten, the ten stay playable. Only starting an eleventh is blocked.
Do not watch while downloading if you are in a hurry. Playback and the download compete for the same playlist and the same connection allowance on your service. Leave the app open and downloading finishes noticeably faster.
A download that fails
If the server rejects it, the message says so: that usually means the playlist has expired or hit its connection limit. Streams that need a license cannot be downloaded at all.
